Reasoning and Intentions - Of The People, By The People and For The People at a time when it has become necessary to Be The People.
“Collective Amnesia 1" – Easily recognized when American citizens, at the hands of legislatures and self-serving politicians are repeatedly kicked and robbed followed by the victim/citizen standing up, complaining, whining and then making preparations for the same perpetrators to repeat the process again.
There are over 1,500 proposed bills being considered by the Nevada Legislature at this time. Proposals are submitted to the Legislative Counsel Bureau and then written into legislative bills by their legal staff. A member of the legislature then sponsors and introduces the new bill into one of the various committees and the process proceeds to make it ready to become law.
The sponsor of the bill generally receives a "donation" from the original entity that wants the new bill to become law. The original submitters in way too many cases are corporate interests, individual groups and other state and federal bureaus that will ultimately experience financial or other benefits in their favor, at the expense of the citizen-taxpayer.
Far to often when the law is passed, Nevada citizens have no clue about what happened until it is too late to do anything and they find they have just lost more of their freedom and inherit a brand new hidden tax, license fee and a new government board/bureaucracy to support.
What this bloated entity has become is our fault! We elect them by name recognition and questionable ballotless voting machines, instead of qualification, service and control; they then assume a posture of superiority. We are told to be polite and automatically address them as honorable??? Some of them earn "honorable" but many work their way in strictly for financial gain and a mythical prestige that bolsters their personality defects. The ugly ones need to be exposed and action needs to be now. Believe me when I say that exposure to the people, by the people, is their worst nightmare!
In this world of government created fear, it seems risky to confront those who are "elected" and appointed with truth. Government produces no products and very little service yet over 50% of the people work for or depend on the government for their personal survival. This means that every working citizen has to support one government worker in addition to his or her own self. Pick your dependent government employee and make him accountable to your needs, not his, or fire him. We all have the ultimate power and responsibility to do so. This power is freely granted by God, the Universe, the Light, collective moral reasoning or what ever source name you believe in, but not from government.
The reason these words sound strong is because they are. But they are just words. Without your participation and actions in stopping bureaucratic waste, manipulation and control they will remain just words and you will receive the government abuse you deserve. Your options are to do something about the problems or accept going through life on your knees.
The following action is the lawful Nevada version of the national Freedom of Information act. The request is for initial information regarding the origin of some of these (your choice) 1,500 bills in the Nevada legislature. In other words we already know which legislator sponsored it, what we really want to know is where it came from and who got paid off and how much to sponsor it. In a country that already has more laws, statutes, codes and regulations than people, the time has come to stand up, ask questions and control this insanity.
Your choice now is to stand up with others adding the strength of returning life, liberty and happiness to Nevada and the American States United or cower alone in the darkness.
