THE NEVADA FREEDOM ALLIANCE Vs. THE NEVADA REPUBLICAN “LEADERSHIP”
The non partisan Nevada Freedom Alliance is the successor to the Nevada Freedom Coalition and is made up of Americans dedicated to the founding principles of the American States united. It has been the backbone of the public television program “With Liberty and Justice For All” now in its 10th year of broadcast, which replaced the “Nevada Sentinel” newspaper printed for many years prior. At its inception some 20+ years ago the coalition began as many today do with a weekly meet, eat, bleat and retreat attempt of righting Americas wrongs. This has matured into a meet, identify, plan, fix and then guard it mission.
Today we are faced with a situation that if allowed to continue will affect the nation worse than it already has. The “leadership” of the Nevada Republican Party (not to be confused with the Nevada Republican Party members) has effectively stifled the voice and denied the constitutional rights to vote of Nevada voters. The major media has been a powerful tool in helping this "leadership" accomplish crime.
I can use these strong words as I video taped the entire 2008 Nevada Republican Convention of April, 26 (convention one) conducted outside of Nevada Laws and Republican Rules.
I also videotaped the entire 2008 Republican Convention convened by Nevada delegates on June 28, 2008 conducted in accordance with Nevada law, Republican Party Rules and Roberts Rules of Order (convention Two.) Convention One did not produce a list of lawful delegates to the national convention, convention two did and now convention two is being billed by Nevada Republican “leadership” and the press as a “renegade” convention of Ron Paul supporters, when in fact the convention chairman lawfully elected by the delegates is a self proclaimed McCain supporter. (NOTE: The officials from convention one were notified well in advance by certified mail to resume their positions in convention two. None of them responded to complete their obligation to Nevada Republican delegates.)
The issue has gone far beyond the choice of candidates to the blatant stomping of and middle finger waving at American voter rights by arrogant “leaders” and media attempting to direct election outcome their way rather that honoring the wishes of American voters and this nations Founders. (The People)
The Action:
The Nevada Freedom Alliance (NFA) is distributing certified unedited copies of Nevada Republican conventions one and two plus 4 privately produced discussion and facts (12 DVD’s) via certified mail to the 25 major media outlets in Nevada including radio, television, internet and newspapers, putting them on notice of the reality of events that they have been an accomplice to distorting truth. A letter of reason and purpose will be enclosed.
The same package is also being sent to the 17 county Republican chairmen in Nevada putting them on notice. Copies will also be sent to the National Republican Executive committee.
This action is not meant in any way to negate the positive work through the courts by other Nevadans, but rather to enhance the determination of Americans to right the wrongs being done to them. Everyone is correct in actions to stop the dissolution of voter rights, candidate choice and pursuit of America’s course.
This action however has the one unique element of using the only things the “controllers” seem to relate to; Money and Power! Morals and citizen rights are not of concern to those who manipulate truth. The lawful Administrative process is put into action and specific financial penalties start to add up upon non-compliance with facts put into their possession. ($5,000. per day) Once the evidence has been documented to be in their possession they become liable for contradictory actions. Rewards collected will be distributed to Nevada Freedom Alliance members who submit their actual monetary expenses to the Alliance.
Having been in their crosshairs before, I know perfectly well that I will become a target for their misguided wrath and attempts to discredit character. I fully accept that role in this action as I know it is short lived as they begin to understand American determination.
